LEHI, Utah-Brody Thompson stepped up with 20 points and the Westlake Thunder overpowered Skyridge 71-58 at the Plewe Agency Falcon Classic Saturday. Joel Gardner led the Falcons in defeat with 17 points.

SPRINGVILLE, Utah-Carter Taeoalli posted 13 points and the Merit Knights smacked Utah Military Hill Field 45-23 Saturday in non-region boys basketball play.
HIGHLAND, Utah-Deng Deng netted 22 points and Juan Diego got past Lone Peak 66-60 Saturday in non-region boys basketball play. Saxon Young and Crew Fotheringham had 20 points apiece in the loss for the Knights.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Emmy Hales led the way with 21 points and the Payson Lions smoked Hillcrest 61-17 Saturday at the Southern Utah Showdown at Dixie Middle School. Lanie Mathews led the Huskies in the loss with 7 points.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Izzy Hollingshead netted 17 points and the Dixie Flyers soared past Provo 60-54 at the Southern Utah Showdown Saturday. Valaria Martinez led the Bulldogs in the loss with 18 points.
