SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah-Korbyn Sorensen homered and the Westlake Thunder waxed Mountain Ridge 4-1 Wednesday in Region 2 baseball play. Sorensen posted a strikeout in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Thunder. Brody Buck drove in a run in defeat for the Sentinels.

SALEM, Utah-Bracken Lindley, Guss Johnson, Carter Smith, Colton McGhie and Kaden Johnson drove in two runs apiece and the Salem Hills Skyhawks blanked Summit Academy 15-0 Wednesday in non-region baseball play. Porter Howard’s three strikeouts in four innings of work earned the win on the mound for Salem Hills.
EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah-Bo Barnes and Bronx Chavira drove in two runs apiece and the Lone Peak Knights blanked Cedar Valley 9-0 in non-region baseball play Wednesday. Fry’s eight strikeouts in seven innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Knights.
HYRUM, Utah-Ryder Bradford drove in three runs and the Mountain Crest Mustangs doubled up Provo 8-4 Wednesday in non-region baseball play. Sam Rowser posted seven strikeouts in 6.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Mountain Crest. Dawson Moore and Gehrig Orchard drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Bulldogs.
LEHI, Utah-Kannon Whiteley drove in two runs and Lehi smacked Bingham 5-2 in non-region baseball play Wednesday. Jaxson Sisam and Crew Dredge drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Miners.
OREM, Utah-Jace Hunter, Corbin Hardy and Jace Spencer drove in two runs apiece and the Timpanogos Timberwolves waxed Bear River 12-4 Wednesday in non-region baseball play. Ethan Higgs homered in the loss for the Bears.
SPANISH FORK, Utah-Korver Swenson homered and American Leadership stonewalled Millard 10-4 Wednesday in the non-region baseball battle of the Eagles. Travin Hales’ six strikeouts in four innings of work earned the win on the mound for American Leadership. Bodie Memmott drove in two runs in the loss for the Millard Eagles.
OREM, Utah-Diego Falcon, Josh Hair, Mac Strong and Carson Tobler drove in a run apiece and the Mountain View Bruins edged Timpview 6-5 in non-region baseball play Wednesday. Tobler’s three strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Bruins. Beckham Woodward drove in two runs in the loss for the Thunderbirds.

OREM, Utah-Andlie Allen and Ashton Belnap drove in a run apiece and the Orem Tigers edged Stansbury 3-2 in non-region softball play Wednesday. Belnap’s seven strikeouts in seven innings of work earned the win in the circle for Orem. Bryn Leigh Jones drove in a run in defeat for the Stallions.
LEHI, Utah-Eva Okusi homered twice and Makaylee Barnes and Aspen Langi also went yard as the Cedar Valley Aviators soared past Skyridge 14-5 Wednesday in non-region softball play. Alyssa Atcitty drove in two runs in the loss for the Falcons.

Lexy Taylor, Megan Gray and Baylee Aldrich each drove in a run in the loss for the Jaguars.
