Boston Hatch netted six strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Silverwolves. Teegan Adams homered in the loss for the Thunder.
SOUTH JORDAN, Utah-Bauer Jacobs drove in three runs and the Bingham Miners smoked Cedar Valley 13-4 Wednesday in Region 2 baseball play. Jensen Yanez-Harrington posted a strikeout in one inning of work to earn the win on the mound for the Miners. Taylor Mascaro and Talen Ryan drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Aviators.

OREM, Utah-Caden Imes and Carson Tobler drove in two runs apiece and the Mountain View Bruins downed Provo 6-2 in Region 8 baseball play Wednesday. Noa Iaone posted three strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bruins. Dawson Moore and Gehrig Orchard drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Bulldogs.
VERNAL, Utah-Cooper Hawkes drove in four runs and the Timpanogos Timberwolves routed Uintah 15-3 Wednesday in the first game of Region 8 baseball doubleheader. Brody Murray, Rykan Hacking and Dace Olsen drove in a run apiece in defeat for the Utes.
VERNAL, Utah-Jaxson Erickson and Dace Olsen drove in two runs apiece and the Uintah Utes overpowered Timpanogos 7-3 to earn a Region 8 baseball doubleheader sweep Wednesday. Brody Murray posted two strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Utes. Cooper Hawkes and Brigham Louder had an RBI each in defeat for the Timberwolves.
