SPANISH FORK, Utah-Dean Rueckert netted 19 points and the Timpview Thunderbirds routed Spanish Fork 77-55 in Region 7 boys basketball play at La Hacienda Friday. Evan Stewart led the Dons in the loss with 13 points.

SALT LAKE CITY-Graham Harmor posted 27 points and the Maeser Lions hammered Intermountain Christian 69-49 during the Region 17 Tournament Friday. Jackson Smith and Benjamin Wanner scored 17 points apiece in defeat for the Lions.
