Bryce Mounteer’s three strikeouts in two innings of work earned the win on the mound for Riverton. Cash Poulsen and Hunter Dahl each drove in a run in the loss for the Aviators.

PLEASANT GROVE, Utah-Braxton Faller and Otis Sweat drove in two runs apiece and the Wasatch Wasps downed Pleasant Grove 8-3 in Region 7 baseball play Tuesday. Max Livingston’s four strikeouts in six innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Wasps. Mason Hawk Henry homered in the loss for the Vikings.
Region 8
PROVO, Utah-Drevin Christensen and Taven Lancaster drove in two runs apiece and the Provo Bulldogs stonewalled Orem 6-1 in Region 8 baseball play Tuesday. Will Gulbrandsen netted eight strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bulldogs. Luke Jones drove in a run in the loss for the Tigers.
OREM, Utah-Boston Cook drove in a pair of runs and the Timpanogos Timberwolves edged Mountain View 6-5 in Region 8 baseball play Tuesday in this crosstown rivalry. Canyon Clegg posted six strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Timpanogos. Caden Imes, Diego Falcon and Noa Ioane each drove in a run in the loss for the Bruins.
2A North
DUCHESNE, Utah-Bryar Bailey netted three RBI and American Leadership soared past Duchesne 15-5 Tuesday in a battle of two of 2A North’s Eagles. Travin Hales stepped up with four strikeouts in 3.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the American Leadership Eagles. Kanden Cowan drove in two runs in defeat for the Duchesne Eagles.

DRAPER, Utah-Matai Johnson homered and the Spanish Fork Dons got past Corner Canyon 5-3 in non-region baseball play Tuesday. Pratt Morley netted three strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Dons. Jack Munson, Krew Thorn and Garrett Downing drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Chargers.

Sahar Fard posted a strikeout in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Mountain Ridge. Centry Lundburg and Eva Okusi each had an RBI in the loss for the Aviators.
WEST JORDAN, Utah-The Copper Hills Grizzlies blanked Westlake 1-0 Tuesday in Region 2 softball play. Kennedy Jennings recorded 14 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Grizzlies.

AMERICAN FORK, Utah-Libby Baxter, Brinlee Skidmore, Piper Emery, Brynlee Cook and Mya Maughan each drove in a run and the Lehi Pioneers downed American Fork 7-0 Tuesday in Region 3 softball play. Abbi Haroun’s 13 strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Pioneers.
LEHI, Utah-Maylee Walston homered and the Skyridge Falcons stonewalled Lone Peak 10-0 in Region 3 softball play Tuesday. Callie Baker posted six strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Falcons.

SPANISH FORK, Utah-Izzie Groneman homered twice and Chelsie Carter also went yard as the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles dismantled Timpview 13-3 in Region 7 softball play Tuesday. Halia Aumua homered in the loss for the Thunderbirds.
PAYSON, Utah-Mary Finlayson drove in five runs and the Springville Red Devils gashed clobbered Payson 19-6 Tuesday in Region 7 softball play. Allyx Haveron’s four strikeouts in seven innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Red Devils. Paisley Maxwell’s three RBI led the Lions in the loss.
SALEM, Utah-Swazie Wilson homered and the Salem Hills Skyhawks blanked Wasatch 10-0 Tuesday in Region 7 softball play. Jocile Norman’s five strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Skyhawks.
