SPANISH FORK, Utah-Cayden Giles drove in a run and the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles blanked Springville 2-0 Thursday in Region 7 baseball play. Kavyn Carter recorded 11 strikeouts in seven innings to earn the win on the mound for the Golden Eagles.
PAYSON, Utah-Davey Staffieri drove in four runs and the Pleasant Grove Vikings blanked Payson 11-0 in Region 7 baseball play Thursday. Ryder Huntsman netted seven strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Vikings.
SALEM, Utah-Austin Brown homered and the Wasatch Wasps overpowered Salem Hills 6-2 in Region 7 baseball play Thursday. Max Livingston netted three strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Colton McGhie drove in a run in defeat for the Skyhawks.

HIGHLAND, Utah-The Lone Peak Knights overpowered Corner Canyon 19-8 Thursday in Region 3 girls lacrosse play. Taylor Jones scored three goals in the loss for the Chargers.
AMERICAN FORK, Utah-Tilly Poulton, Ellie Wright, Emily Stevenson and Hannah Jorgensen each scored three goals and the Lehi Pioneers smoked American Fork 19-9 in Region 3 girls lacrosse play Thursday.

AMERICAN FORK, Utah-Ashlyn Petersen, Liv Davies, Mya Maughan and Camry Wassmer each homered and the Lehi Pioneers pounded American Fork 10-2 in Region 3 softball play Thursday. Jaxie Medler netted seven strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Pioneers. Sydney Adamson homered in the loss for the Cavemen.
LEHI, Utah-Hudson Ford and Lacey Sothwick homered and the Skyridge Falcons soared past Corner Canyon 18-3 Thursday in Region 3 softball play. Alyssa Atcitty earned the win in the circle for Skyridge, surrendering three hits in two innings of work. Meia Marbury and Brookie Hyer drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Chargers.

PAYSON, Utah-Allyx Haveron drove in three runs and the Springville Red Devils smacked Payson 11-1 Thursday in Region 7 softball play. Haveron netted five strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Red Devils. Mahalia Buys drove in a run in defeat for the Lions.
HEBER CITY, Utah-Aaliyah Elmer homered twice and Leila Stevenson also went yard as the Salem Hills Skyhawks drilled Wasatch 18-6 in Region 7 softball play Thursday. Jocile Norman netted four strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Skyhawks. Peyton Sunland homered in the loss for the Wasps. The Skyhawks improved to 22-0 on the season in victory.

Kiley Hoshnic netted nine strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Tigers. Kale’a Nakayama homered in defeat for the Timberwolves.
BLUFFDALE, Utah-Ella Knudsen drove in three runs and the Provo Bulldogs routed Summit Academy 24-2 in Region 8 softball play Thursday. Knudsen netted seven strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Provo. Harley Davies drove in two runs in defeat for the Bears.

COALVILLE, Utah-Elsie Wolfe drove in five runs and the American Leadership Eagles outgunned North Summit 21-17 Thursday in Region 15 softball play. Karyssa Johnson’s 10 strikeouts in seven innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Eagles. Taylor Bowen, Raylan Woolsey and Kendrie Comer drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Braves.

PLEASANT GROVE, Utah-TJ Ashby scored twice and the Pleasant Grove Vikings blanked Payson 6-0 in Region 7 boys soccer play Thursday. Cameron Davis recorded the shutout in the net for the Vikings in victory.
