SANDY, Utah-Jens Price and Talon Willardson each homered and the American Fork Cavemen bested Jordan 8-2 in non-region baseball play Saturday. Kenny Johnson posted five strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Cavemen. Kade Carter drove in a run in the loss for the Beetdiggers.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Nathan Harris posted 14 kills and the Snow Canyon Warriors blanked Timpview 3-0 Saturday in non-region boys volleyball play. The Warriors downed the Thunderbirds 25-13, 27-25, 28-26 to prevail in straight sets.
