EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah-Cain Stoker, Paxton Larsen and Porter Larsen drove in two runs apiece and the Bingham Miners overpowered Cedar Valley 12-9 in Region 2 baseball play Tuesday. Beckham Lindsey posted two strikeouts in 4.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Miners. Wrigs Cluff and Landon Johnson drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Aviators.
Region 7
PAYSON, Utah-Ruger Braithwaite homered and the Payson Lions edged Springville 8-7 in Region 7 baseball play Tuesday. Brigzen Houser netted six strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Lions. Kasen Torres drove in four runs in the loss for the Red Devils.
SPANISH FORK, Utah-Keaton Nordick and Tobin Degelbeck drove in two runs apiece and the Pleasant Grove Vikings downed Spanish Fork 6-2 Tuesday in Region 7 baseball play. Nordick netted 15 strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Vikings. Cohen Nelson and Nixon Warren drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Dons.
SALEM, Utah-Lincoln Beenfield drove in four runs and the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles edged Salem Hills 9-8 in Region 7 baseball play Tuesday. Kye Ward netted three strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Golden Eagles. Guss Johnson drove in three runs in the loss for the Skyhawks.
Region 8
PROVO, Utah-Elijah Aulava drove in five runs and the Provo Bulldogs smoked Mountain View 14-4 in Region 8 baseball play Tuesday. Mack Lamb netted five strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Provo. Andrew Johnson and Logan Olsen drove in a run apiece in defeat for the Bruins.
BLUFFDALE, Utah-Chase Ford homered and the Orem Tigers routed Summit Academy 19-3 Tuesday in the first game of a Region 8 baseball doubleheader. Coulson Rich posted six strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Tigers. Eli Mukhar, Tritan Bianco and Sawyer Morgan each had an RBI in the loss for the Bears.
BLUFFDALE, Utah-Chase Ford homered and the Orem Tigers completed a Region 8 baseball sweep of Summit Academy with a 14-3 win over the Bears. Beckett Hendry’s five strikeouts in four innings of work earned the win on the mound for Orem. Talin Hill and Braylon Ford each had an RBI in the loss for Summit Academy.

ROOSEVELT, Utah-Jake Welch and Cole Ybarra drove in two runs apiece and the Lehi Pioneers blanked Union 8-0 Tuesday in non-region baseball play. Ryder Ockey posted five strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Pioneers.

SPANISH FORK, Utah-Ethan Barney drove in a pair of runs and the American Leadership Eagles blanked North Summit 6-0 in 2A North baseball play Tuesday. Barney’s 10 strikeouts in seven innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Eagles.

HEBER CITY, Utah-McKenna Anderson drove in three runs and the Spanish Fork Dons blanked Wasatch 13-0 in Region 7 softball play Tuesday. Paizley Boman netted 11 strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Dons.
SALEM, Utah-Swazie Wilson, Emmery Wilson and Leila Stevenson homered and the Salem Hills Skyhawks downed Maple Mountain 8-2 Tuesday in Region 7 softball play. Jocile Norman posted four strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Skyhawks. McClain Carter and Izzie Groneman drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Golden Eagles.

VERNAL, Utah-Sophia Pope homered and the Uintah Utes hammered Mountain View 12-2 in Region 8 softball play Tuesday. Abbie Davis netted six strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Utes. Emily Telford homered in defeat for the Bruins.
