PROVO, Utah-Miller Durham homered and Utah Tech overpowered BYU 9-4 Monday in non-conference baseball play at Miller Park. Ethan Gardner posted three strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Trailblazers. Tualau Wolfgramm, Luke Anderson, Cooper Jones and Keoni Painter drove in a run apiece in the loss for BYU. The Cougars return to action Thursday-Saturday at Hi Corbett Field of Tucson, Ariz. against the Arizona Wildcats in a resumption of Big 12 play. The Trailblazers return to WAC play Friday-Sunday as they visit Cal Baptist for a three-game series.
